Cheesy Pulled Pork Dip
- 8 ounce (1 block) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup pulled pork (from pork shoulder roast), chopped into small pieces
- 1/2 to 1 cup grated cheddar cheese for the top
Preheat oven to 375F.
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, barbecue sauce, garlic powder, pulled pork, and 2 cups cheddar cheese. Stir in the pulled pork until combined.
Transfer to a baking dish or pie plate and sprinkle with cheese for the top.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and the dip is bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or cheesy bread.
