Our lambs are raised on pasture through the summer and fall. A whole lamb will provide approximately 20-30 pounds of lamb cuts for your freezer.
The cost for a half lamb is $9/lb based on hanging weight, and the lamb will be cut and wrapped to your specifications at Forestburg Meats. Hanging weight is approximately 35-50 lbs.
