Small batch gelato made by pastry chef, Franck Bouilhol, right in Alberta. Gelato dates back to the 1600s when a Sicilian man opened a shop in Paris, France. Gelato is meant to be shared as a refreshment after a delicious meal, to cool off after a hot day, or to simply enjoy while seated. Franck named his company "Little Bear" after his oldest son's nickname.
