Cooking instructions: Your ham was smoked to around 135F so it is not fully cooked. Cook it in a covered pan in the oven on low (325F) for around 20-25 minutes per pound or until you hit internal temp of 145F.
You can baste your ham as it cooks with the drippings from the ham. If the pan seems dry, add 1/2 cup of water to cover the bottom of the pan.
