What is the charcuterie experience?
The Charcuterie Experience from Lazuli Farms is a quarterly charcuterie kit shipped right to your door. Each kit will contain a unique mix of Lazuli Farms meats, local artisanal cheeses, plus locally made spreads, preserves, and unique ingredients for your charcuterie board.

When will my first Charcuterie Experience arrive?
The Charcuterie experience starts right away! Sign up is open once a quarter and your first kit will ship on a Tuesday in the next Charcuterie shipping month!

What will each charcuterie kit contain?
Each kit will have a variety of Lazuli Farms meat selections suited for charcuterie. Sausages, salamis, pepperonis, and jerkys are great options for you charcuterie board.
Your kit will also include a variety of local artisanal cheeses, preserves, spreads, dips, and other ingredients to add to the spread.
Based on your preferences, you may want to add dried or fresh fruits, nuts, olives, crackers, and artisanal breads.

Wow! That sounds like a lot of ingredients!
Will that only make one charcuterie board?
Great question! Depending on how big your charcuterie spread is and the number of people you are feeding, you will be able to make 1 to 2 charcuterie boards with the ingredients in the kit. Or you can use the ingredients for other meals or snacks. Just tuck the meat selections in the freezer until your ready to use them. And you can freeze most of the cheeses for longer storage if needed.

Will my Charcuterie Experience subscription renew automatically?
Yes! Your subscription will renew automatically at three month intervals on the 23rd of the month prior to shipping. The Charcuterie Experience kit will ship on the first or second Tuesday of the month in March, June, September, and December.
