Your quarter beef package includes a variety of beef selections including:
- brisket x 1 (5-7 lbs)
- roasts (2-3.5 lb size) - approximately 2-4 various roasts
- steaks (2/pkg) - round, sirloin, ribeye, New York strip, tenderloin, and more - approximately 4-5 packages containing two thick cut steaks in each package
- short ribs & BBQ beef ribs x 1 rack
- stew meat and/or stir fry strips x 2 to 4 packages
- ground beef (1 lb packages) - approximately 15 to 18 lbs
- beef burgers and/or beef jerky when available
Each quarter beef package contains approximately 50 pounds of beef.
Your cost per pound is about $12.50 per pound. You save over $2 per pound over purchasing the same cuts at retail value!
Cost is $625 per quarter package.
